On the onset, let me take this moment to welcome you all at FLAMINGO Institute of Hotel Management. FIHM, is established, with the intension to create professionals who would cater to the huge current industry requirement.
FIHM understands the importance of interactive learning, therefore our pedagogical philosophy comprises engaging students in challenging, worthwhile ideas, that emphasize student-faculty relationships, offer multiple sources of knowledge, the value of bridging theory along with hands on practical; hence we endeavor to create more valuable hospitality management professionals and hoteliers for both in India as well as abroad.
Our faculty members are qualified, experienced and have vast industry knowledge. We, not only strive to create a warm and friendly environment, in our institute, which will offer support, guidance along with assistance to grow into a professional; but also, conductcounseling, seminars/webinars and workshops which will help keep themselves focused and relaxed at the same time.
We envision to open new doors of employment for our youth, by bringing a professional approach to their lifestyle that will enhance their personality and make them a very strong contender for the various opportunities in the hospitality sector. The real purpose of education is to create better human beings.
Hence, it becomes our duty as teachers, facilitators and/or coachers to direct and guide our pupils in the right direction.
